System Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer with expertise in VMWare ESXi, SAN, network infrastructure, Linux, and Windows. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high demand environments, preferably within the financial sector. Knowledge of PCI requirements and familiarity with the ITIL framework is highly desired.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong experience with VMWare ESXi virtualization technology, including design, implementation, and administration
- Proficiency in managing SAN storage systems and optimizing performance
- In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure components, protocols, and security practices
- Extensive experience in Linux and Windows server administration in a production environment
- Familiarity with PCI requirements and best practices for maintaining compliance
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Relevant certifications, such as VMWare Certified Professional (VCP) and other industry-recognized certifications, are highly desired
- Upper intermediate level of English, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain VMWare ESXi virtualization infrastructure
- Manage and optimize SAN storage systems, ensuring high availability and performance
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure components, including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Administer Linux and Windows servers, ensuring system stability, security, and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and upgrades
- Perform system capacity planning and ensure scalability to meet business needs
- Implement and adhere to PCI requirements, ensuring compliance and security of systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures accurately
