Junior .Net Developer
Remote, EMEA
We are looking for a skilled Junior .NET Web Developer to join our development team and contribute to a large-scale enterprise system. In this role, you will be working on The Marketing System (TMS) — a custom ERP solution that supports key business processes such as customer contract management, sales orders, product allocation, inventory, QA data, and shipments.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and ability to read Java or C# code
- Familiarity with REST APIs: understanding of request/response structure, HTTP methods, and status codes
- Interest in API testing and automation (using Rest Assured or similar tools)
- Ability to analyze backend controller code and generate automated tests (including with AI assistance)
- Basic knowledge of Git and understanding of version control workflows
- English level: Intermediate or higher (ability to read technical documentation and communicate within the team)
- Strong communication skills, responsibility, and a proactive attitude
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to think analytically
Nice to have
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, xUnit, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Previous use of tools like Postman or Swagger
- Understanding of integration/contract testing principles
- General understanding of backend architecture and project structure
Responsibilities
- Analyze backend REST API controllers
- Use AI tools (training provided) to generate API test cases
- Integrate generated tests into an existing Java-based project (Rest Assured)
- Maintain test coverage and documentation up to date
- Collaborate closely with developers and QA engineers
- Grow in the direction of automated testing, backend development, or both
