HR manager/People Partner

Requirements
- 1+ years of practical experience in a HR Manager/People Partner role, actively engaged in the complete employee lifecycle
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the company
- Proactivity and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to handle stress effectively
- Positive can-do attitude
- Upper-Intermediate English level
Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle
- Support the company’s HR processes, consult team members and managers
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members
- Conduct performance review meetings
- Assist in investigating and resolving workplace issues and conflicts
- Participate in the development of the company’s personnel policies
- Planned and coordinated corporate events and team-building activities, cultivating a positive and united work culture
