Business Systems Analyst
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong organizational and communication skills to support certain aspects of a software development project. Requirements
- Attend and, when needed, lead customer and team meetings
- Clarify and document requirements through direct interaction with stakeholders and the development team
- Ask questions and act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to resolve ambiguities
- Take detailed notes during meetings and ensure action items are clearly documented
- Define and manage task descriptions, assignments, and updates within tools like Jira
- Prepare visual documentation, including charts, flowcharts, and diagrams, to support project understanding
- Maintain clear and organized project documentation
Responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to document requirements, meeting notes, and project tasks with clarity and precision
- Experience with project management tools, such as Jira or Trello
- Basic proficiency in creating visual aids, such as flowcharts or diagrams, using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
