Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled ВА to join our project. The Marketing System (TMS) is a custom software application (ERP) that supports TMSC’s Sales and Order business processes including customer contract management, sales order management, product allocations, shipments, finished goods and packaging inventory and QA data. Current project is the start of re-platforming and re-architecting phase from the scratch based on technical artifacts from the Discovery phase that was done by ABCloudz company.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in system, functional, or business analysis
- Understanding of SDLC and agile development processes
- Experience in creating wireframes
- Ability to translate business requirements to functional requirements
- Experience working with APIs, event logs
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, attention to details
- Ability to represent a workflow or process with the diagrams
- Technical background and mindset
- At least the Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
As a plus
- Experience working as a Business Analyst with ERP systems
- Experience in creating technical documentation
- Experience in Pre-Sales activity
- Experience in designing and implementing both IT and non-IT-related process workflows and procedures
- A technical background or experience working closely with IT development teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of solutions
- Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and quickly adapt, including leveraging AI tools to support new technologies, methodologies, and business areas
- Comfortable with occasional evening meetings
Responsibilities
- Analyzing clients’ business requirements and workflow
- Processing documents, interviews, workshops
- Engaging with clients to reveal their needs and requirements to craft a vision for the future solution
- Risk management and estimating the size of the possible solutions and its changes
- Define the As-Is and To-Be stages to deliver upon complex software solutions
- Develop a strong vision, assess gaps, and propose improvements for the projects
- Communicate with developers helping them understand the projects’ requirements and the best way to achieve them
- Specify requirements in SRS, process diagrams, wireframes, and clickable prototypes
