One Higher Education project is a sprint. Sixty-plus in a year is a delivery rhythm. In 2025, ABCloudz hit that rhythm hard, and it shows up in both the outcomes we shipped and the Ellucian badges we earned along the way.
This year, we delivered 60+ modernization, reporting, and integration projects for 25+ institutions across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

2025 was also the year our long-running Ellucian partnership became official. ABCloudz is an Ellucian Service Partner, and we keep expanding the work we do for institutions that are moving faster toward SaaS and modern campus operations.
We speak higher ed, not just software
Every institution project has two languages. One is technical, APIs, pipelines, data models, and release cycles. The other is functional, how a campus actually runs day to day, who owns which process, and what “works” really means during peak moments like registration, billing, and reporting season.
That second language is a big part of what we bring. Yes, we work across the student systems stack, including Banner, Colleague, Ethos, Data Connect, Insights, and Experience, and we stay vendor-agnostic when an institution runs a different core platform. But just as importantly, we understand the operating model behind those systems. That includes the full student lifecycle, from recruitment, admissions, enrollment, advising, and financial aid, through finance operations like accounts receivable, procurement, and general ledger, and into the supporting domains of HR, advancement and alumni, research, and IT enabling capabilities.

That context matters because Banner and Colleague implementations are rarely “out of the box” in the real world. Each institution has its own mix of policies, timelines, exception cases, and handoffs between teams. Our job is to translate those functional realities into configurations, workflows, reporting logic, and integrations that fit your campus, not a generic template.
