ABCloudz is looking for a Partnership Development Manager who is going to initiate new business partnerships for our company and maintain existing relationships to assist us with achieving strategic goals. This is an excellent opportunity to improve your business research skills as this job is involving identifying and creating new business relationships.

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in business or another relevant field
  • Experience organizing and managing a team
  • Excellent interpersonal, sales, and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Ability to work with teams distributed among multiple time zones
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to dissect scope of work and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to concentrate on main tasks, keeping in mind the big picture
  • Proven track record of successful research ability and analyze information


  • Represent the ABCloudz brand well, effectively communicate the company’s mission, and provide a clear and concise overview of the service offerings.
  • Conduct regular meetings with partner representatives to drive activities for achieving ABCloudz goals.
  • Learn about the potential and existing company and partner goals, motivations, and obstacles. Leverage this understanding to support partner discussions about our common goals.
  • Implement and document efficient processes for tracking and smooth transitions across opportunity stages, from collecting internal information to creating marketing content for partners’ portal.
  • Collaborate with delivery team members to explore potential partnership projects and markets, facilitate discussions, and prioritize improvements and feedback into the partnership development roadmap.
  • Coordinate with the ABCloudz Marketing team to conduct market research and design and implement marketing campaigns to drive awareness to partners and clients to build the client pipeline.
  • Efficiently manage a continuous pipeline of new partner opportunities to meet business goals and effective communication across teams about partner activities.
  • Support annual revenue forecasting and metrics to meet and exceed business goals.
  • Work across organizational teams to support effective relationship management with all internal teams and partners.
